Corrections

The Economic Scene column in Business Day yesterday about an abandoned Pentagon
plan to create a financial futures market to gauge threats from terrorist
attacks misstated an indicator that it would have measured. In addition to
political and economic indicators, the market would have measured military ones,
not social ones.
