Starting Friday, the Pentagon may be trading in terror futures. The exchange 
would allow traders to profit by predicting terror attacks or assassinations 
in the Middle East as a means of gathering intelligence. Senator Byron 
Dorgan described it as `unbelievably stupid' and wants it stopped.
