The Pentagon has dumped a plan to let traders cash in on predictions of 
terror attacks in the Middle East.

Democrats say those who planned the terrorism futures market should be fired.

Republicans have ordered the head of the Pentagon group overseeing the plan 
to testify on Capitol Hill. (18)
