I prefer pages that mostly skip the theory and just describe a vision of how something could be different, and how that would work. Many of us are truly excited to hear about creative well-considered suggestions, no matter what the source, but quickly bored by both ideological is-to-is-not flaming, and partisan rah-rahs for anything "politically correct" in some camp. So if your page has other material besides a basic description of your proposal, please include an anchor to the section where you giving specifics about how your proposal would work.
You can offer your own ideas, review (and reference) the suggestions of others, or just send in the URL for someone else's proposal page. You need not endorse these ideas, and they need not be immediately practical, but you should think them worth considering.
To add a critique of or comment on a proposal, also email the URL to: hanson@hss.caltech.edu. These comments can point out how details are missing, discuss how the proposal might handle specific scenarios, contrast it with specific alternatives. If, however, someone has declared their proposal to be an attempt to achieve certain goals, this isn't the place to discuss whether those are goals worth having. Your tone must remain civil, please avoid general debate on politics or economics; this page is mainly for finding out about novel suggestions; political debate can be done elsewhere.
